Bq Beatz Refund Policy

At Bq Beatz, we strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience for all our hosts and players. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the following refund terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Types

  • 7-Day Subscription: Grants access to the Bq Beatz platform for a 7-day period.

  • 30-Day Subscription: Grants access to the Bq Beatz platform for a 30-day period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The Bq Beatz platform is offline or non-operational due to server issues or maintenance caused on our side.

  • The downtime must last for at least 7 consecutive days (168 hours) where hosts are unable to access or operate the game.

3. Non-Refundable Period

The first 7 days of any downtime are not refundable.
Refunds will only be calculated from the 8th day onward, based on the total number of additional days the system remains non-operational.

4. No Refunds For Other Reasons

We do not issue refunds for the following situations:

  • Internet, Wi-Fi, or connectivity issues on the user’s end.

  • Device compatibility problems or browser issues.

  • Temporary bugs or updates while the game remains generally operational.

  • Incorrect subscription selections or change of mind after purchase.

5. Refund Calculation

If a refund is approved due to extended downtime:

  • The refund will be pro-rated based on the number of days beyond the initial 7-day non-refundable period that the service was unavailable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
